Will pick up just about everything mentioned...rather than get all of my evolutionary theory from the likes of Richard Dawkins, who seemlessly moves from fact to his own theory and political views. If you ONLY read him, you might find yourself believing everything he does...which might be pop culture right now, but not what you would believe if given a broader spectrum to critique, and ask yourself, what makes the most sense to me? Having a base in biology is a good place to start, but I dont find it hard to believe that I could get lost in a particular writer's ideals easily if persuaded enough. In my case, that would potentially stall the process of learning.
I feel the same could be said for just about anyone.
