Concerning trolls....do you think they are just bored on the internet and get a kick out of being pests?
Do they crave attention or do they simply like watching other people get angry at them?
Should administrators ban them immediately or should we encourage them to go to Troll Recovery Group and learn how to get along with others?

I'd venture to guess that we're dealing with a crank, but I suppose sometimes it could be a mix of both traits.
