Archaeologist Suspended 24 Hours
Hi Archaeologist, I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to suspend you again. I've been trying to encourage you to make positive contributions to moving discussion constructively forward, but you instead continue to repeat the same assertions over and over again. For example, perhaps you have reasons for why you believe these things:
- "it is just that secularists want to determine what is or isn't science and that is not within their authority...the secularists need to remember that they do ot won the field of science and do not have the authority to say what is or isn't scientific work."
- "the process and theory are not scientific for the rules are altered to disallow objectivity and honesty and truth."
- "it is all bullying by the secularists."
- "plus secular science's methods are not designed to lookin the right places for the right answers, coupled with the fact that secular science has no interest in the truth or answers making it an act of futility."
If you do have evidence and argument supporting these beliefs then it is time to begin including them in your responses. In the absence of such support, please do not repeat these any more. Thanks.

Reopening the Topic
Some of the messages are expressed in a way that makes it very difficult to tell what they're about at all, let alone whether they're on topic, but the discussion has for some time been focusing on the claim that what ICR wants Texas to provide accreditation for is not science. Moderator On Duty
Usually Adminnemooseus is on duty in the wee hours (US), but I see no posts from him last night, so I'm going to do what I said I would do a couple days ago in Message 444:

There are no new developments that I am aware of, but I would like the thread to remain open in case of that eventuality. On-topic discussion may also continue. It was easy to think the thread had gone off-topic while we tried to understand Dawn Bertot's position, which is why Adminnemooseus closed it a couple times, but it eventually became clear that Dawn was advocating ideas of his own that, to the extent we understood them, were unrelated to the topic. --Percy

If I could clarify what I believe to be on topic... Discussion of how ICR might modify their curriculum to improve their chances of gaining accreditation in Texas is on topic. Dawn's ideas that involves "rules of evidence" and that asserts that things are "ordered of themselves" and so forth are all off-topic. Dawn is working on a topic proposal to discuss these ideas.
