Re: give it a rest
if you want to claim that the flood accured using science and history you have to answer these hard questions, invokeing god doesn't fly with people who do not believe in bible stories
if we have to believe in god to investigate whats the point in investigating anything?

Re: It all adds up, but yours is wrong
Sorry but no, egypt china and greece arn't the oldest empires, you are discounting so many societies that existed before them.
sumer is as old or older than egypt, followed by babylonia, and you forget about india, india is just as old as any of them
oh come on, there is so much speculation and misinformation in this post it gives me a head ache, native americans are greeks?!
they are mongloids, that came to america at least after the last iceage
they have no indication of being less than related to the people who populate eastern asia
and no the greeks did not populate europe, they think it might be someone related to the pheonicans or cimmerians
{aBElus any number of germanic tribes}

Re: Here's where your wrong...
That is if you believe the flood bloody happened at all, unless you can produce any sort of evidence then i think this is just assertions of the nth degree

Re: Evidence for Noah's ark
You cannot compare Noah's ark with such information which are yet to be verified. Noah's ark will one day be verified and authenticated. Till then, we cannot prejudge anything.
we know its not true, because people have tested the possiblity of even a metal re-enforced boat of the size the bible lists, they found its impossible under a storm thats believed to have happened
if you have read about the 450 foot ships the chinese made, they would not beable to survive even a mild storm, they stuck to the coastline, and that was a feat
how would a ship claimed bigger than that survive a 40 day storm without breaking up?

Yes, like I said before: Aquatic animals found on the top of high mountains. There are more evidence that I've heard of, but I havent studied it's truth thouroughly enough to say any more at this moment.
the thing is creationists like to say the flood happened and the earth shows that the story is true over another senario
as per your example, how is mountain uplift over millions of years not an answer to why we see aquatic fossils in mountains?
creationists like to point out that fossils prove the flood but can never answer why this is a better answer nor why the flood can't explain other things
i mean we try to get yecs to answer things but, we hardly get anywhere, not even moving past the mountains to the physics involved with it other than them saying "the physics were different!" even though they can't provide anything that could show it
goddit maybe answer but it just makes it a myth just like the 100 others by other religions - ie: not true
