Wrong. The Mormon church was founded, as we all know, by Joseph Smith. He was never a Catholic. His parents, Joseph Sr. and Lucy Smith, were not Catholics.
I have no idea why you would want to make such a bizarre statement, but I have to say that it smacks of knee-jerk anti-Catholic sentiment. If you want to take a pop at the Catholic Church, you'll get little argument from me, but it would be better if you stuck to the facts.
