Perhaps you could mention the rewards available to those of a calmer nature.
If people's post counts reflect their patience, I would probably have a negative post count by now.
It's not the we-have-already-beaten-this-subject-to-death attitude that is in me when I come down hard onto an unsuspecting creo. It's the if-you-can't-provide-evidence-for-your-incredible-yet-rediculous-assertions-then -shut-the-hell-up-and-leave that occupies my mind when some newbie creos come in here with a water pistol expecting to be able to defeat
real scientists who are armed with semi-automatic weapons (and a few even have tactical nuclear devices).
Why am I so impatient with these people? The reason is very simple. I used to be one of them. I used to dismiss just about every scientific concept I learned and tried to make bogus arguments for creationism and the flood. Now that I have gotten out of the ditch, it makes me want to kick (edited to change spelling from
kic to
kick) my own arse everytime I see a reflection of myself in my brainwashed stage.
Anyway, I must admit that Ned has an incredible gift of patience for the less fortunate. I say we give him some kind of evctrophy.

People, please look at the Style Guide for EvC thread by Sylas. Pay particular attention to step 3.
