free surgery for birth defect?
I have a friend who was born with cleft lip and facial deformity. He has gone through many surgeries since childhood. There were some surgeries they couldn't do when he was younger because they had to wait for him to finish growing before they perform them.
His Medicaid, you know the very communistic program that if you're a good Christian you should be against, just ran out because he's now 22. He's not finished.
Anyone know if there are programs available for his case to have free surgery or some kind of help he can get? He looks more or less fine now, but he wants to finish.

Well, like many people, he currently can't afford insurance. And his school's insurance sucks. To give you an idea, it only pays for 20% of any surgery he may have.
