Re: shannonavery
She talked a lot about the way "her people" experienced the world differently...that the goal of human has been survival through most of our evolution, but that that her people solved the basics of survival long ago and have been concentrating on improvement of the species. They have a very mathematical view of the world, but this didn't seem to preclude them (at least the one I spoke to) from being passionate, compassionate, or emotionally in touch with themselves. In other words, they weren't Mr. Spock of anything.

She spoke of mathematical concepts that were beyond my understanding, various "dimentions," though she stressed that her people has a different understanding of that word. She gossiped about her family, which was apparently one of some importance within thier social structure. She repeatedly made comments like "you are close to understanding, but not there" when I brought up things like decomocracy and the environmental movement in defense of my own species. She seemed torn between affection for humans and a sort of condescending annoynace at us.

The overall tone of her conversation was almost new age--that everything is connected and our actions influence the entire universe. But she didn't talk about a "great light" or meditation or anything. The language was almost all scientific.

Hope this helps. I'll pick through my notes and try to find a specifc topic to tell you more about.

There are several major problems with the whole concept.

First, the claim that even in 2012 some planet that can affect the Earth gravitionally (I hedge my bets because a small but still significant planitoid hitting the Earth would effect us) would have to be close enough to us right now for us to see it.

Look at Jupiter and Saturn. Both are easily visible with the naked eye and yet neither has a significant gravitaional effect on the Earth.

Interesting...the only reference to any 'evidence' at all, comes from those who believe...those who obviously don't, offer no alternative explanations or anything that disproves it at all.

The simple truth is reached by examining facts, and there are MANY that people don't mention because they actually take them for granted...

It is a fact that almost every culture has ancient writings/stories/prophesies. It is a fact that religion exists at all. (Why?) It is a fact that Sumer, archeologically speaking, is the first civilization that existed. It is a fact that the Sumerian culture practiced all the things that denote civilization, and that before Sumer, there wasn't one. Now lets just absorb that for a minute...nothing, then all of a sudden - historically speaking - we have agriculture, law, religion, mathematics, science (including a very in depth and detailed astronomy that all today's society can do is continually prove the ancient texts correct), literature (with an original alphabet of over 400 characters), schools, marraige and divorce, advanced architecture, and the list goes on...

It is a fact that all the oldest societies have stories and teachings referencing 'gods' that lived among them physically - from diverse places across the globe, with corroborating storylines...from India to Africa to Central America. It is a fact that Uranus sits on its side...

The facts can literally be listed for pages and pages, and can easily be confirmed simply via some serious googling...you'd be surprised to find that much of these facts can be found in news articles, science magazine sites, and some reputable .org sites as well.

I do know this...there isn't another explanation out there that I've found, that explains the cracks in the ocean floor, the fact that the crust is superthin there, why the moon is orbiting Earth instead of being a planet like it should be, why Pluto is a planet when it should be a moon of another planet, why Uranus is tilted on it's side, how the asteroid belt came to be, an explanation for the megalithic and ancient constructs that pepper the entire earth, with pyramid structures in as diverse places as Egypt, Mexico, China and so forth - built on geomagnetic ley lines, and with a precision that cannot be duplicated even today...;an explanation for the increased solar activity we are currently experiencing (this is supposed to be solar minimum...solar maximum for this cycle won't be until...yep...2011-2012); I've never heard any plausible explanations for stories of hybrid creatures that existed in myth and legend like the minotaur, centaur, etc. until I discovered that Sitchin's Enki was a geneticist as well as a physicist; I've found no other explanations for the newest discoveries either...like tracing mitochondrial DNA of todays people back to Africa approximately 6000 years ago, or why using the same mathematical method that allowed man to 'discover' Neptune (gravitational perturbations) says that there should be another planet out there beyond it - and that Pluto is not large enough to come close to being it...the planet they are looking for, that would explain these perturbations is 2 to 5 times larger than Earth. I've found nothing that does all of that, AND corroborates stories from not just the Bible, but of all the great works and epics of all the oldest faiths on the planet. I've found nothing else in history to explain WHY gold has such value...there are many rare metals that aren't worth as much, or followed so closely, or coveted so much...I've found nothing else that explains the archeological finds of ancient gold mines in Africa either. Nothing to explain why there's a gap in the evolutionary chain...nothing else that explains the 'fallen angels' of the bible that mated with human women, nothing else that explains why sometimes the biblical God is full of angry wrath, and others when it's all generosity...why it's ok sometimes to commit genocide in the bible, and others when 'Thou shalt not kill' is the rule.

I don't know what the truth really is...my lifespan won't allow me the time to learn it all. I do know, however, that enough circumstantial evidence in court will get a conviction. And people in general believe so much more, on so much less information.

As for seeing this planet, if it exists, on it's approach...are you looking in the right place? To paraphrase an 'Armageddon' actor...'begging your pardon, Sir, but it's a big ass sky'. Nibiru's orbit is apparently retrograde and highly eliptical...my guess is that that's why there is a big telescope set up right at the South Pole. On it's approach to us, it comes from our South...we wouldn't see it from North America - at least, not unless it was relatively close, winter, and the middle of the night.

I recall someone on these posts saying that the planet would be a cold dead world if it travelled that far from the sun...how so? All planets with mass have a core that generates its own heat as well as that recieved from the sun, and in actuality there are several planets and moons with temperatures capable of sustaining liquid water...Europa is supposed to have a crust of ice, with an incredibly deep sea of liquid under it heated from the interior. NASA is putting together a mission with a deep sea rover as we speak to explore it...so it's not so farfetched to imagine that a planet with life on it could exist far from the sun - especially if it had a core larger than our own, and was geologically active.

Anyway...I realize the last post for this topic was in 2004...just felt the need to reply to it...lol.

not to be crass but....
Didn't they make a movie about this?

On a more serious note, I think there is a ton of evidence for UFOs being some sort of craft that was not made by us, unless there are far grander conspiracies than most imagine, and so there is evidence, imo, for alien life visiting this planet. Maybe not solid enough to bank on it, but sufficient to suspect it certainly.

At the same time, your post sort of sounds like someone trying to pull our leg so to speak.

Re: not to be crass but....
It's all good...lol. I really don't know what the truth is...seems to me, to boil it down, there is either this story of Nibiru and the Annunaki and Igigi, which in itself seems to contain all the seeds of the stories and epics of all of our ancient history...there's the possibility that this is it...no other intelligent life in our solar system - possibly the universe (although imo that's just preposterous), or that there is a whimsical God who at some points tells His People to go out and wipe out whole nations to extinction, and at others admonishes even the thoughts of killing and moral sin and who caused a virgin birth of a Son who died on the cross and took my sins with him so that I could go to join Him in a magical golden palace in the sky when I die and worship him forever singing 'holy holy holy' in 'New Jerusalem'. There is also the possibility that we as a species were more advanced at some point in our past, creating these megolithic structures in distant antiquity.

Either way, reading about it has been (to quote the space channel) time well wasted...lol.

I had the same question about the too hot/cold for life theory of the 12th planet. Just as I thought that it was impossible to bear life on a planet too far from the sun, the book (the 12th planet) stated that Venus (I think) is further away from the Sun than Earth, but it is actually a much hotter planet. Apparently, some planets in our solar system retain heat. It had something to do with the atmosphere of that particular planet and the gasses that it produces. Hope that helps. If you haven't read this book I suggest you do... I can't put it down. Cheers JT

Hello, JohnnyT!

the book (the 12th planet) stated that Venus (I think) is further away from the Sun than Earth, but it is actually a much hotter planet.

They lied, or you misremembered.

Venus is farther from the Sun than Mercury, and its surface temperature may be a bit hotter. That's because Venus has a very thick atmosphere, and Mercury has essentially none.

There isn't a twelth planet. Or 11th, or 10th. Sorry.

The fact is the Annunaki theory really isn't that hard to believe.

The theory of the Annunuaki is not true! Even though my brother tries to make me believe it.

I want the truth!

I know its impossible because how could they live if they rotated so far away from the sun. There planet couldn't survive in these sort of frigid conditions. I mean, it gets really cold if youre that many millions of miles away from the sun.

I'm not saying aliens don't exist. Maybe god greated them just like he did us! They will be good as friends when we learn how to visit each other. Just imagine, e-mailing you're friend who's half a universe away! It will happen one of these days. Just like they said flying was impossible. Open your minds!

Ok I know that Shannonavery is an inactive member but I do want to touch on his/her thoughts

Ok how I see it this

The lady/fellow of the evening that you met could have been no more then someone who thinks no different then you and I, but feel's that his/or her "groups of connection's" or what have you or a Superior race compared to their same blooded same thought pattern bother's/sister's

Although he/she may have spoke the truth but none the less he/she may not. Please consider all the basis before you post

You could have become

A) A real live test dummy on conspiracies that their is more then one race here (and their is people let it go big foot does exist look at the historic finds that are our so-called “ancestor” when they look more like the real humanoid and nothing like or generation)

The breakdown of section A

Well some people and groups tend to feel that they are far more superior then us as humans when infact they just so happen to master certain emotions, urges, skill’s, and etc better then the average person has.

We have not at all been the only race that has been on this planet when in fact we are not alone here we are the aliens, (in the aspect of the annunaki that is) and we are the parasite’s of this planet from our actions as of the late (the last few hundred of thousand years) my friend’s

But I do ask what if that is

That we as a specie’s have been doing man made resets of the planet , meaning have we been over the past few millenniums been killing each other and leaving false clues of other life’s that were here before us and we tend to believe that we are a growing race when in fact, we have been killing one another for decade’s as we do today. So by the end of this we will only save the brightest minds ( They will handle the advancement of the race and so fourth) The young children, the repopulate the planet, the strong, to work as labor on the planet and so fourth.

I have kept all things considered and I find that religion is the weakest link thus far here, while this and what I just stated have some grounds here, I only wonder what all have we done in the name of advancement or hell on earth, we have not done much but only killed and taken very little of the other leading me to believe that I am right on this aspect

What is right is wrong and what is wrong is right

Meaning that it is possible to hack and dissect all that we know and see that over the past few year the must far fetch stuff is the most efficient

And all negative comments please keep to your self I am here to give my ideas here like anyone else, if this isn’t that kind of site then I have found a home
