That's where the inaccuracy comes from. No one is trying to argue with you that the label "toxic waste" is technically inaccurate. But it is as accurate as the label "Humans rape and torture, and Dr A is a human".
​
And for this reason I do not object if people treat me with slightly more caution than they would a bunny-rabbit, a daffodil, or a cupcake.
