Re: We Shall Call It Alabamastan
Wow.. those are 4 of the six states that would become an inland sea if the ice caps melt.
(The others would be Texas and Florida.)

Re: First Amendment Violations
I AM NOT IN FAVOR OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS AT ALL, PERIOD. I'VE SAID THIS I BELIEVE ON MANY OCCASIONS. PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE A GUARANTEED WAY TO KILL THE CHRISTIAN FAITH OF CHILDREN. CHRISTIANS SHOULD NOT SUPPORT THEM AT ALL.
Check. Knowledge, intelligence, and critical thinking skills 'kill the Christian faith of Children..

Re: First Amendment Violations
EVERY TIME I SAY ANYTHING AT ALL IT GETS MISCONSTRUED IN THE MOST CRAZY NASTY WAYS I DON'T WANT TO SAY ANYTHING MORE. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO TALK TO ANYONE THE WAY YOU DO?
Hum. Everyone always misconstrues what you say. Perhaps you are not formulating your thoughts clearly? It seems you always want to blame someone else.

Re: The idea of "hate speech" is another infringement on religious freedom,
Of course, the problem with that is
1) The poor starve
2) The middle class suffers greatly
3) The wealth gets put into the greatest 1%.. and there will be a much much greater disparity between the wealthy and the poor.
YHOu know.. sort of what has been happening with the 'tax cuts to the rich'.

And, what does that comment have to do with what I said?? Absolutely nothing.

Re: 50-50-50-50
Exaggeration.. and 53 is higher than most of the other states.
However,
Regardless of Mickelson's top rates, his actual income tax bill isn't anywhere near one-half of his income. While it's hard to tell what the golfer really pays without seeing his tax returns, millionaires pay roughly 26% of their income in federal taxes, on average, according to William McBride, chief economist at the Tax Foundation. This doesn't take into account other taxes, such as property levies.
Correction: An earlier version of this article did not take into account the new limitations on deductibility of state and local taxes -- which by the Tax Foundation's estimate would add 1.2 percentage points. To top of page
