Don't forget that the flood also sorted fossils so that there's increasing difference from modern forms with increasing depth.There's a new technique for analyzing fossils that pieces together the remains of proteins from millions and millions of years ago, and when enough data is in it should show that the flood also sorted by increasing protein difference.Isn't it great - every thread can be turned into a flood discussion!--Percy

The fact that there are too many fossils to be reasonably created by the Flood (remember the discussion of crinoids, for example ?) shows that billions of years of accidents and lesser disasters is a better explanation.And there is far more, such as the order of the fossil record and the fact that the geological record can’t be reasonably accounted for by the Flood either. All things you know from last discussion.

The whole concept of ancient versus modern creatures is an artifact of the ToE to begin with, it's all artificial, and all the physical evidence shows rapid burial of large numbers of creatures at once, and not random burial of normally dying creatures.And by the way this thread was already about the Flood way back at my first post here.Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

It is a fact that the abundance of fossils is too great to be reasonably explained by the Flood, and it’s certainly come up here before - in threads you have participated in - and you have no reasonable answer. It is certainly NOT true that the Flood is any better than the conventional explanation and you have no argument for that either despite presenting it as a fact.It is a fact that there is an order to the fossil record that rules out the Flood as a viable explanation and you have no reasonable excuse for not knowing that after the discussions you have participated in.Likewise it is a fact that the Flood fails to explain the geological record. Evaporites, for instance are not exactly likely to form in the middle of a Flood at all. And you should know that too from past discussions here.

Ages ago even Percy said I'd presented enough reasons for the Flood to be fairly called a model. If I can find it I will post it. I've many times assembled many reasons in favor of the Flood and against the standard interpretation.Calling people liars is really really bad form.Edited by Faith, : No reason given.
