What the heck is a lying photograph? A staged photograph, maybe? I mean, I was was photographed as a really mean Cowboy in some shop in Durango, Colorado, in 1996... My specs even showed through the cowboy attire.

Oh, I don't know. Videos and photographs of what cops do are constantly taken. Every time they do anything . Hundreds of millions of photo's and videos all over the US. Every day!
