Since you have demonstrated no ability to carry on any discussion at all I don't think anything more of yours should be turned loose until you learn how to carry on a debate.
In fact, I think you need to learn to read first which you have shown a remarkable inability to do.
If you had been reading you'd have seen the existing discussions of beneficial mutations. You would also not make the (somewhat subtle) mistake you made here: " a new beneficial, viable mutation comes into being and is selected by the environment.".
The boss will have the final say but I sure don't think you should even be here messing up discussion.
