My mom sucked at math and can't operate a computer to save her life. If my dad had died and she had been responsible for teaching me, I wouldn't even be able to balance my checkbook, but I also wouldn't be able to type this message, and therefore I wouldn't be able to be an intelligent dissenting voice to the crap that is creationism in public education, and that is what you would like, isn't it?
