Hi WT,
WT writes:
Page 3, Milton:
The glass cabinets at the British Museum of Natural History of Kensington are empty of any physical proof that evolution by natural selection has taken place and is established fact.
Is this really the case? Well, since it's not to far from me, I'll try and pop down there sometime (maybe a while till I get the chance ), and see what they've got. I'll be sure to let you know what I find out. For reference, their website is here (click).
Cheers.

Topic warning
If you do establish that the Natural History Museum actually has some fossils, start a new thread on it. That has nothing to do with this thread.
Thanks.

I suspect they will have at least one, but message understood. When I get chance to visit the museum, I will report in a new thread.
This thread should remain on the topic of correlation between various dating methods as described by RAZD's in Post #1
Cheers.

Off-Topic Interjection
I have created Message 1 to address the (IMO unfounded) claim of "the paucity of real fossils".

Confused ? You will be...

Bump for the literalist
Since we agree that dating is fundamental (pun intended ) it seems to me to be peripheral to discuss all sorts of other things about evolution and so on if we haven't discussed the dating issues.
This thread is an attempt to focus on a very important point: the correlation between methods.
This doesn't appear to have ever been discussed much less answered in any creationist source I've seen. It is also avoided by almost all our YEC visitors.
I'm afraid that I can't suggest much better than to read it over. There is rather a lot now.

Printing threads
I don't know.
I've wanted to save whole threads so my machine but there isn't anyway to do it.
This thread is going to have to be closed due to the 300 post limit soon. We should, if you're brave enough to discuss this, start another one.
I think once you've read the first 50 posts you will probably have the whole thing. Since we had more or less no YEC input there wasn't much but some rehashing, IIRC.

literalist:
welcome to the fray. per number of posts to read, if you want to just start with the first one, I will be happy to discuss any questions you have.
as regards the number of posts, it may be time to start a { Age Correlations and an Old Earth 2} thread with just the first repeated, for your and other new member convenience.

Re: Printing threads
it may be time to start a {Age Correlations and an Old Earth 2} thread with just the OT for literalist and other new members. most of the other posts are old and do not challenge the evidence of the OT so much as argue around the issue (ie -- the number of times that "the issue is correlations" had to be repeated?)
