False dilemma/'created dilemma'

On the one hand, there's no conflict between theism and science.On the other hand, there is a conflict between science and sects that incorporate antiscientific nonsense into their dogmas.In a sense, this conflict is "manufactured", in that there is nothing in theism that makes anyone obliged to talk rubbish about science.But it is not "false": the conflict between science and, for example, Young-Earthism, is perfectly genuine.
