You serious?? Double or nothing it's a picture of a young Anton LaVey. I'm feelin' lucky, boys!

Tee hee! I guess messenjaH didn't read post #2. Hey, what's with the avatarless look? Did the Hovind site run out of pictures of waterlogged dugong corpses? No more 'modified' dinosaur footprints from Glen Rose? Wounded King here has a picture of a pickled stegosaurus fetus that's only weeks old. The picture, I mean.

Well, I thank you very kindly, sah. I have to admit that one of the avatars I find most intriguing is yours. My imagination keeps conjuring up meanings along the lines of "Mr. H has lost his marbles."
I have an incredible palmcorder tape of a largish male quetzal sitting on a branch, flicking his tail and chirping at us to lure us away from his nest hole. Someday I'll get around to figuring out how to digitize the image, freeze frame the best shot, computer-enhance the pixels, etc and post it. My avatar is actually a sculpture by the outstanding bird artist Daniel McQuestion. It's very difficult to get a decent pic of these elusive critters.

I like wj's animated kangaroos...but the most fitting avatar is Syamsu's..that blank blue space in the avatar field so perfectly captures his no-variation theme

Hey Mr. Orange Gigantic Tapir, that's my (non)-avatar too!
Maybe it's time I get myself a decent avatar [sigh]

Tapir???
Similarities to Syamsu should be avoided (though difficult since there is no variation in the world)...so Andya, hurry up and get an avatar

Rrhain's is mesmerizing (who IS that man?)
That's the point behind a headshot. It's supposed to make you wonder about him, make you want to call him in for the audition and see what he's got.
Otherwise, you get typed out (of course, you could then by typed as the "mysterious" type....)

I don't know Rrhain, theres a look in those eyes and that smile that seems to say, 'You'll never find the bodies, ffffffff.'

How about this one?
From the production of The Mystery of Irma Vep.
As the reviewer said, "a replacement portrait that looks more like an overly happy driver's license photo."
