ID Supporter Mark Souder has produced a "report" on ID Supporter Richard von Sternberg's claims of persecution. Not surprisingly he backs up Sterneberg's claims.
Comment here from The Panda's Thumb
Having read the report - and more importantly the appendix listing the evidence I agree with Steve Reuland. The appendix is damning evidence - against Sternberg and Souder.
Sternberg's career is in more danger from his own sloppy habits and refusal to follow procedure than it is from his ID and creationist connections.

For those who don't feel like reading the appendix, here is Ed Brayton's analysis.

What Sternberg took away from the training is that the "peers" selected to review a given paper be neither prejudiced against the topic or partial to it for reasons of self-interest.
This is so wonderfully weasel worded. It seems to say that it isn't OK to have a reviewer who is prejudiced against a paper but you can have one who is prejudiced in favour, just as long as it isn't motivated by self-interest.

Given that there are strong suspicions that this is exactly how Sternberg chose the reviewers - and the Worldnet Daily article uses phrasing that tends to support those suspicions - I'd say that that wasn't an accident.

Of course whether what Sternberg took away was actually what was said during his ethics course is another question entirely.
