That reference is wrong somehow - the volume number should be in the 200's somewhere for Nature in the 1970's. I'll root around a little - but the paper won't be online at Nature's site.
Found something..... but not much. It's volume 230. Neither PubMed nor Nature has even an abstract that I can access.
