He has given me a convincing promise, that he will be nice to creationists.

Possible collaboration in the works
SLPx has also requested that Peter Borger be reinstated, so that they can collaborate on refining the General Unified Theory of Biology (GUToB). The decision on this is pending.

FOBAR
Peter Borger agreed to return to collaborate with SLPx, but only if Brad McFall be involved in the technical writing and Wise does the illustrations.
I agreed to try to sign-up Brad and Wise for their project, and I thought that Crashfrog would also be most valuable towards filling in some of the details.
Things were looking good, for the great SLPx Borger McFall Wise Crashfrog collaboration, but then Crashfrog decided that he was unwilling to contribute.
I thought that Menny might be able to fill the Crashfrog void, but he would agree to return and take part only if he got senior author status on any of the expected Nature publishings.
I consulted with the various parties. Neither SLPx nor Peter Borger would agree to the Menny requirements. I couldn't understand what Brad McFall said, and Wise's only reply was to e-mail me a photograph of a nebula. The whole deal is off, and SLPx has been re-suspended.
Any comments on this administrative fiasco should be addressed to AdminPamboli, who will get back to you, assuming he ever again encountered at .
Have a nice day,
Adminnemooseus

Zowie.
That was frikkin' hilarious....

(2) "A second characteristic of the pseudo-scientist, which greatly strengthens his isolation, is a tendency toward paranoia," which manifests itself in several ways:
...(3) He believes himself unjustly persecuted and discriminated against...(4) He has strong compulsions to focus his attacks on the greatest scientists and the best-established theories. ..

Re: Guilty of administrative power abuses?
Is that really SLPx? It's a bit old for an April fool joke. And if Adminmoose really lifted the suspension then that doesn't count as a April fool joke either.

. . . and the postscript, which is always longer than the rest of the post, done by (username) whatever . . .
. . . and Dan Carrol does the ad hom attacks (his are still my favorites). . .
. . . and buzzsaw to give it that Zionist flair he is so famous for . . .
. . . and Bill Berkland to include 50 links for each assertion . . .
Alas, the list could go on. Just imagine if the above mentioned used their superpowers for fighting evil instead of staring at a CRT screen. . .

Re: Guilty of administrative power abuses?
Yup, its me.
It wasn't up to Moose to lift my suspension - as he has already stated that if it were up to him, he would not allow me back.
Instead, he - perhaps emulating his role models at the Baptist Board or any heavy-handed moderation creationist board - decided to use his 'power' to mock me while I was suspended and to use my real name despite the fact that I use a 'handle' on the board - a violation of the spirit of board etiquette.
I emailed the admin, frustrated and a bit angry, as I think justified, by Moose's "joke", and was surprised to see that my 'suspension' was lifted. I did not ask for it to be.
Why Moose has it out for me - and apparently others - is a mystery. I suspect the "power" of being an internet discussion board moderator has gone to his head. Perhaps this is the one area in his life that Moose actually does have control over. Who knows. Or cares.
I doubt, however, that I will participate much. I have found greener pastures with less back stabbing and fewer incoherent posters.
And I have also been doing some research with a promising undergrad.
But who knows. If an interesting thread gets startted, I might pop in.
P.S.
Greetings Mark and WJ. I have enjoyed reading your posts while I was away. Is Mam still around?

I'm loveable and wonderful.

I make fun of my roommate when he loses at Metroid. Does that count?
