Reason...
They are about the only people still looking at this thread, with the accompaniment of a few others; so, I figured they would take a look to see what was being said. I know that they continue to post to each other in the same fashion, whenever their paths cross, and I figured this would be one of the best, least-visible ways of letting them know that neither one is winning bonus points with anybody for making cutting remarks at the other.
That's all.

Re: whatever....
Scott, I already read the majority of that page; but, thanks for the link anyway.

Re: Reason...
I don't think that anybody was still reading this thread until you posted to it. And if Scott is still clashing with Fred Williams it isn't here. So - if thats your concern why not post to an active thread where they are actually battling ?

Admittedly I'm coming from a different perspective, but I thought Jdjewell's point was an important one to make. I wish that we would see few paragraphs like this:
SLPx writes:
He hasn't been around anywhere for a while (not that I go around looking for him), so frankly, I don't care what a two-bit luny creationist egomaniac is doing, what he thinks, or what people gullible - and stupid - enough to read his disinformation essays with a positive assessment of them have to say about anything.
And that they would instead be expressed like this:
Fred hasn't been anywhere for a while (not that I go looking for him), and frankly I don't care much. Most of what he posts is disinformation, and it's unfortunate that many people unfamiliar with science accept it.
Your reply to posts like this is generally along the lines of, "Well, we all can't be good little doobies," but unless you moderate your tone you won't be here much longer.
