I cannot believe the audacity you have. You are putting Chavez in the same realm as Adolf Hitler. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds? We did try to assassinate Hitler. Most of the world was at war with him. Chavez is a populist, leftist leader of a major oil producing country. Oil companies hate him.Quit trying to colour the conversation here, by trying to justify Robertson, by equating what he said to what we may have done to Adolf Hitler. It is reprehensible.

The old would you shoot Hitler question...Here's the answer -- No.There are other solutions. Try to change his mind. Kidnap Hitler. Etc.Now, here's the bigger problem with this question. While I am certainly not a Hitler fan / Nazi apologist, I wonder if shooting Hitler in the 30's would have stopped WWII and the Holocaust from happening? Are they the result of one man's will or the results of geo-political conditions coming to a boiling point.I don't pretend to know the answer, but I know that you also do not know the answer.So, shooting Hitler would not necessarily make a difference, and it would be a morally wrong thing to do. Sounds like the answer is pretty clear.

So? Does that give him any right to pass judgement on someone else and promote the murder of another person?Perhaps the US and its constituents should keep their noses out of the business of another democracy.
