His return is only a physical return, as his spirit never left.
The only problem is that there are other spirits that confuse humans so that only the discerning can find the Holy Spirit. This discernment comes from the heart and not the mind. All religions do not lead to God, yet God shines His truth on all people. Seek and ye shall find.
