Well... I am back...

"Harmless" is the word Jesus used. Doves have a mellow pleasant song. They're less problem than pidgeons, imo and they are unagressive. Last summer near my barn I was doing something and suddenly I realized I was looking at a dove in her nest about a foot from my face. This was a wild dove and she didn't make a move. I left her be. They're not as likely to move into the barn as pidgeons are, but on occasion will pose a problem there. All in all, I'd day harmless describes them well, that is unless you're a bug.Btw, you wouldn't be a poster on another forum with the username initials of BN, would you?? In some ways you remind me of this poster, but in others, no.
