I'm a (reformed) college bio instructor, so I can come up with some decent books on modern biology and evolution aimed for the adult non-scientist, but I'm having trouble finding good books on evolution targeted for kids, say of middle-school age (10-13).
The two books that I see referenced most frequently are:
Life on Earth: The Story of Evolution, by Steve Jenkins
Eyewitness: Evolution (Eyewitness Books), by DK Publishing
And of course I have Larry Gonick's Cartoon History of the Universe and Darwin for Beginners. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance...
