I think that no matter what you believe, it isn't what they believe so you are still an evilheathen.

I just didn't want to get left off the evilheathen bandwagon. If we do set up the evilheathen conclave in SC, can I suggest we head for Hilton Head Island instead of someplace like Gaffney, SC?

I think this is a pretty stupid and un-Christian-like idea. They are essentially saying, "We are gonna start our own little 'Christian' government, and the rest of the U.S. can just go to hell." How's that for "loving your neighbor" and spreading the gospel?
The only case where I would be for leaving the U.S. is if it took away my freedoms so as to force me to do something really sinful. Otherwise I'll stay on the ship try to bail out the water she's taking in and even go down with her if that should eventually be the case. I don't think this could ever succeed. S.C. certainly wouldn't be allowed to secede from the union even if they got so far as to attempt it. I think the website said they were non-violent, so no need to worry about another civil war.

I'm pretty sure they're non-violent, but it would certainly make an interesting case study if i was a politics student. I'm just glad I don't live in SC lol. There are some scary individuals on there who talk about escorting people out of the state. I'm not sure what they would do if they met resistance, they can't really arrest everyone because I think most of the state would end up being arrested at some point. They'd be better off buying an island somewhere and making it their own lol

All those "ungodly" tourists that were heading for SC beaches will be more than welcome here in NC
...And we're upwind from SC too! PM1K

These people are very conservative, moderately and simplistically educated, and definitely out of touch with reality. To have a theocracy will never work. They would find more sin in their midst than elsewhere! "Come out of her my people" means spiritually in ones heart. That is why I am a Christian first and an American second.
I would NEVER trust narrow minded belief systems to govern me.

Intermediate goals: 1: Complete multiple phases by end of 2013.2: Overwhelmingly affect the state elections of 2014. 3: Institute constitutional reforms returning proper autonomy to the State by 2016 regardless of illegal edicts from Washington, D.C. Do you see that REGARDLESS OF ILLEAGAL EDICTS from D.C. Note also that they use the word "phases" they should work on sounding LESS like the empire in starwars. i must now go to vomit.

Oh, get a grip. These people are right wing extremists. They probably think Bush is a socialist.

They probably think Bush is a socialist. Yeah, but if you are one of these people who are you going to vote for the "Socialist" or the Baby-Murdereing-Godless-Monster. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Bush win becase he was able to succesfuly motivate the evangelical vote?
