And how is the judgement value of socieity, where rapists go to prison, not a reprisal?How is the insticutual feeling of guilt and remorse not a reprisal?

From Rusty's posts on this thread I would conclude that he is a psychopathic trekkie.His idea of logic seems firmly based on the Spock character.
