Well... time has passed, and I thought it to be a fun project to create a rebuttal for the whole website. I just thought I'd check if anyone knows if this has been done before?
If anyone has interest in helping out, that would make things go a bit faster I take the Bible at face-value though, and that's how I intend to go about this project.

For many years books and websites have come out doing just that. Actually, it is possible to paste any one of those absurdities into a search engine and find sometimes hundreds of good arguments already made, ready to copy/paste. I dount there is one supposed contradiction claim not known and successfully argued as false. But if you would like to pursue, it could be fun, though time consuming.
** Only successfully argued if you bury your head in the sand.
One observation I have made after countless debates with bible inerrantists in chatrooms, forums and e-mail discussions, is that these inerrantists have never studied the bible in a formal setting. I have studied under world famous bible scholars and not a single one would entertain an inerrant bible, it simply wasnt written to be an accurate record of anything, be it science, geography or history. It was written for a specific religous purpose, to tell of God's relationship with his chosen people, the authors, whoever they may be, were not interested in recording accurate history and to think they were shows an ignorance of bible studies.
My advice to people that uphold an inerrant bible is to go to a local college and pass an 'introduction to the bible' course, if available, then try and complete a theology degree at a recognised university.
Once this is done, you will see why a position of inerrancy is ludicrous.
A final observation, the desparate attempts of people to uphold bible inerrancy only weakens the respect non believers have for the bible, you try to make it something that it wasnt meant to be. If you are so sure of your faith focus on matthew ch.25 and follow Jesus' teachings, feed a tramp instead of making a fool of yourselves and your religion in forums such as this one.
