Frankly, your claims that those verses are saying the sun orbits the center of the galaxy has shot your credibility to hell.

Re: The hints
So i was right when saying that you doubt in every thing even your self. Nope, not even close. A healthy amount of skepticism is much different from "doubt[ing] in every thing even your self."
What can be more blind than seeing the meaning of the verses being interpreted scientifically with our modern science and found to be in accordance with science? What? Can't figure out what you're asking here.

Re: Embyros
Now i clearly understand your way of thinking. What can i say if you chose not to understand the verses accordance with science other than: Stay blind and if you dont like to believe then go spread your athiesm somewhere else cuz you can never convince me with your falsehood.

We did it! We red-lined the thread!
quote: go spread your athiesm somewhere else cuz you can never convince me with your falsehood.
Huh? Um, you came here to convince us of something. All I am doing is pointing out that your claims are weak and unconvincing.

And here we thought we had a problem with *Christian* fundies trying to interpret science for us. It appears we still have a lot to be thankful for...

it is proven today that masses of seas do not mix with each other
I beg your pardon? They are mixing right this moment! It just takes a couple of centuries for North Pacific surface water to get around to becoming North Atlantic Deep Water. Just because Pacific water has a different neodymium content than Atlantic doesn't mean they're isolated from each other.

Calling Faith, Buz et al.
What do the Christian YECs out there think of the evidence presented?

Re: We did it! We red-lined the thread!
we do. and to think, at one point the muslims were the most advanced scientifically speaking. that is, until the ottoman empire. now they are mostly nutjobs, like this guy here (I'm assuming you're muslim) who have turned to extremist fundamentalism and have killed science. the offensive comment that was in this space has been written over. Edited by kuresu, : unwarranted attack on Islam

Re: We did it! We red-lined the thread!
I'm sorry, all science except that that can be used to kill people. Is this sweeping generalization about a whole faith based on a very small group of extremists really warranted?

But leave it outside EvC
That is not warranted here.

Mr. Matrix, you might want to try out reason some time. Be a nihilist, like me.

From a literary point of view, the Koran has to be the most tedious book ever written. The Bible, by comparison, is a literary masterpiece.

Re: Expansion of the Universe
Sounds like the book might have some inspiration. Personally, I give it mediocre marks on the whole, but do allow for good bits. Even spiritual inspired bits.
