Many (note:: I said many and not all) creationists like
to portray 'evolutionsists' as a holding a 'belief'
in evolution akin to their own belief in creation.
I guess the itention is to argue along the lines that
blind belief is bad ... curious since that's all that
such fundamentalists have themselves.
There is no belief involved in those who accept evolution
as the cause of diversity of life on earth.
They have not been dogmatically taught ToE, they have been
taught what ToE says, then presented with the supporting evidences.
Evidence in this sense meaning data plus a feasible interpretation.
Some creationsist need to believe that evolution is a belief,
else it undermines their own faith (I think). If their faith is
that weak I'd rather they didn't take out their frustration on
this debate.
