Ok this is a little hard to believe so I'm taking it with a grain of salt and asking you all. I was watching the history channel, something about Ezekiel, and they brought in this physisist who talked about how he was a creationist who believed the big bang was "the best thing that has ever happened to christianity." He said he spent years of his life trying to connect the big bang with a biblical 6 day creation. He found that because the universe is expanding time dilation would cause time in the center of the universe (where the big bang took place) to move much slower than it would near the edge. He did the math and found the time dilation ratio between earth and the center of the universe. when he did this ratio and applied it to the theoretical age of the universe from earth's perspective he found that the age of the center of the universe was 0.015 years (i think) which translates to 6 days, the time of a biblical creation. So I guess he thinks that the 6 days were from the perspective of the big bang instead of the earth.
anyway this seems allitle far fetched to me. Its hard for me to believe that the time dilation could be that great. I think he might be using a hopeful equation to prove a point. I looked it up and I think his name is Dr. Humphrey. Anyway does anyone think this is plausable or is he just a nut job. I'd like to believe him but not if hese wrong.
