Show me where any specific amount of faith is required or where one must accept biblical teaching?

The belief that "Jesus is the Christ" IS Biblical teaching. So you can cross that off.
Where do guys these sort of silly questions from? Not from your brain, I suppose. Last time I learnt about faith, I wasn't taught to measure it. Only to have it. And yes, it does take faith in order to believe that God exists and that Jesus Christ is that God.

Fallacy
All your last two posts have been is a recitation of the No True Scotsmen Fallacy.
Why do you feel you are capable of making the universal definition of what is a Christian. The vast majority of Christians do not hold the same beliefs as you. The pomposity and self-righteousness is amazing.
In your previous post you have declared that the majority of people that profess that they are Christian are not Christians at all.
On the main topic, I share the view that a Bible believing, practicing Christian cannot also claim to be so while claiming to be an evolutionist.
Since the majority of Christians do not agree with you, maybe your ideas about what is a Christian is what is wrong.
Edited by Theodoric, : No reason given.

From your idea that a Christian is something other than a believer in Jesus. Who you think is or isn't a Christian is irrelevant. Why do you think there are hundreds of Christian denominations. Some accept evolution some don't. Whether they accept or not has no relevance as to whether they are Christians or not. The reason for the "silly" question is the silliness of your narrow minded view of theistic evolutionists, can't be Christians and vice versa.

Jesus talked about the size of one's faith:
quote:
Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. (Matt. 17:19-20)
