A business in Springfield, Missouri put a notice in their window stating that Skepticon delegates were not welcome at this "Christian business".

The owner has now issued an apology and stated that he should never have put the notice on the door. Should the non-Christians who were denied entry to this business turn the other cheek and accept the apology?

Just to be clear, nobody was denied service. He was just being a jerk and off-putting.

That said, his apology rings a bit hollow, clicky, but at least he has the decency not to give the non-apology of, "I'm sorry if your feelings were hurt," as if it is his patron's responsibility for his actions. The only lesson he's learned is that you don't antagonize the customers and really, that's all we can expect.

I think they should not patronise the establishment, thereby denying custom and revenue to the place.

That was both sides are happy.
The above ontological example models the zero premise to BB theory. Moreover that view is a blatantly anti-relativistic one. I'm rather inclined to think that space being relative to time and time relative to location should make such a naive hankering to pin-point an ultimate origin of anything, an aspiration that is not even wrong.

And they did not use the closely related but equally non-apologetic, "I'm sorry if I offended anyone" which is usually given after the JDL, the NAACP, the Daughter's of the Confederacy, and the PTSA have already announced a boycott of the business. Yeah, you offended someone...
