I think that now and then every one of us has been tempted to talk about George Rekers. Maybe it was a little curiousity as a teenager, or maybe it's a lifestyle choice. But I'm going to come right out and say that I want to talk about George Rekers. This is a personal decision that I've made, and I'm comfortable with it. And in this year's People Who Want To Talk About George Rekers Pride March, I'll be walking at the front.

I once talked about George Rekers. I felt a bit funny about it at first but it was pretty liberating. I was especially impressed that he is a pipe organ enthusiast! fnar, fnar.

Look, if someone feels the need to have their luggage handled for an extended period of time, I don't see what is wrong with that. I myself have often felt the need for some assistance with the handling of my luggage, and I have always been fortunate that someone has obliged in relieving my load.

I stand by that prediction.

This guy is a world class loser. He admits to going to Rentboy.com, a notorious homosexual haunt, but only to get help for his luggage. Rrrrrrrrrrright.... "Political correctness is tyranny with manners." -- Charlton Heston

Top Dog
George is an Alpha Dog who spends his time, as did Jesus, in the presence of the sinful so to save their souls, bring them to the lord and handle his luggage on vacation. He is truly a great christian in name and deed. From the Colbert Report

What a dirtbag!
I didn't realize just how low this guy was until this article came out in the Florida Today newspaper today. http://opinionmatters.flatoday.net/ Not only is he against gays adopting kids, but also thinks Native Americans shouldn't be allowed to either!
From the news article writes: George Rekers was one of only two witnesses Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum called in an effort to reverse Miami-Dade Judge Cindy Lederman who ruled Florida's adoption ban unconstitutional. Florida allows gay people to foster children but is the only State that bans all gay people from adopting. McCollum paid Rekers and a colleague $87,000 with our tax dollars for their testimony which called gay people mentally unstable and advised that the ban should be expanded to include Native Americans because Rekers claimed "they are also at much higher risk of mental illness and substance abuse."

Re: What a dirtbag!
This confirms my suspecions that many, though not all, people (including some funadamentalist Christians) that fervently and proactively fight against homosexual acts and behavior, themselves have homosexual desires. It would be interesting to investigate the psychology behind this. Is this a form of pyschological projection? Just curious.
