ok I just saw on the front page that it says fait vs. materialism. and I think it takes way more blind faith to believe in evolution. for creation the only thing we need to prove is the bible. evolutionists have to prove the big bang and all that other science stuff. also I dont agree with believing something before you fully understand it. God made creation easy to understand even the stupidest person can understand it. so how many evolutionists here fully understand the process of genetic mutations or how emotions came from bactiria or how living things came out of non living things.

I think it takes way more blind faith to believe in evolution.
You think wrong.
evolutionists have to prove the big bang and all that other science stuff.
Which we did. Where's your proof for the bible?
I dont agree with believing something before you fully understand it.
Fine - do you agree with disbelieving something before you fully understand it? Because that's apparently what you're doing.
God made creation easy to understand even the stupidest person can understand it. so how many evolutionists here fully understand the process of genetic mutations or how emotions came from bactiria or how living things came out of non living things.
So, basically your argument appears to be "I'm dumb, so creation must be true." How can you expect that to be taken seriously?

God made creation easy to understand even the stupidest person can understand it.
As long as you never look beyond the end of your nose, perhaps. But if you actually read the two different creation stories in Genesis, or look at almost any science done since Copernicus, it gets a lot more difficult to understand. The only way to "prove the bible" in the way that I expect you mean is to ignore the evidence of your senses....

Why? We have limited information, but all of it points to evolution while none of it points to creation. Why is following the evidence 'blind faith'?

for creation the only thing we need to prove is the bible.
Why, then, hasn't this been done? Why, in fact, does the evidence contradict the Bible on most counts?

Yup. Hard work has gone a long way to doing just that.

also I dont agree with believing something before you fully understand it.
Then you don't believe in anything at all. No one fully understands anything.

Simple doesn't mean 'true.' Simple explainations can be very wrong.

so how many evolutionists here fully understand the process of genetic mutations or how emotions came from bactiria or how living things came out of non living things.
How many people here fully understand the IP protocols that make this exchange of ideas possible? Should those who don't fully understand disbelieve in the web?

Picking up the thread
Evolutionist don't have to prove the big bang, evolution could just as easily have happened in a universe brought into existence by the blue fairy, which is just as well because as we all know biologists are crap at maths!

Yeah, you are right. I took Benn's comment as a general criticism of science.
