There were some on news segments after 9/11, but I don't remember too many specifics, except Somalia and Palestine. It's not that they officially cheered but much of the citizenry and many clerics in these nations were jubilent about what happened to the great satan. There's no doubt nations like Iran, Lybia, Syria, Pakistan, Afganistan, and some African nations were pleased with the Taliban for the attack, expressing jubilance within their own nations.

And what about the condemnation from every Muslim country and organization? As I remembered it, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the Organization of Islamic Conference, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Pakistan, and the PLO all issued official condemnation of 9/11 and terrorist attacks, whwther done by Muslims or not.Oh, and 'terrorism' must include Israeli state terrorism. The US just reap what it sow by being Israel's guard-dog when terrorists strike them. Not that I agree with al-Qaeda's bloody ways, but if the US could open its eyes and stop supporting the unlawful occupation and mess around with the world, then nobody would have any reason to commit terrorist attacks against it.
