Well I think that many christians feel no desire to make music for the radio or videos for MTV, or to be publicized at all, thats why I feel it's hard to find. Not all christians feel the need to.

Most "christian" music is known as "worship" and can be heard in churches and bible conferences etc.
​
More mainstream artists with christian themed music that is played on radio and MTV are bands like P.O.D.
​
Not as mainstream are bands like D.C. Talk and Jars of Clay.
​
All the artists mentioned are pretty decent at least(?) even if you despise christianity.
​
There was an article in USA today a while back:

​
Highlights P.O.D. and many other "christian-themed" mainstream bands.

So someone trying to live like Christ, on their journey makes music about it. I can attest for P.O.D. Look at their lyrics sometime. check out satellite

I have been enlightened on this topic lol.
There is no such thing as christian music. Anthropomorphism. It's when you apply a human adjective to an object. The music can't be christian. I've realized you can praise God just as much with the beauty of your talent and not have to have the lyrical content being "I love Jesus" etc...
