While some of it might be the blood, the other part is that the skin around the genitals has more melanocytes than the skin in other areas. The reason your penis is darker than the rest of your body is the same reason that black people are darker than white people.To some degree, this is not surprising: Humans did not start off wearing clothes. It is not surprising that humans have ways of fending off the sun around their genitals such as pubic hair as well as better tanning.

I couldn't figure out if you were joking about the fact that Holland rarely gets any good sunlight (so I won't tan anyway), or that there are nude beaches in Holland (so I can get an all over tan any time I want).If the latter, then I may not have made my point. When I do go tanning I am glad to slather up my cock in a thick coat of sunblock to avoid burning. The rest of my body gets a light coat. We always go tanning (and swimming) at the nude beaches here.If it was your first point, actually UV rays can pierce through clouds and give you burns.
