It sounds like you have a virus infection.
Please try this. First go to
Trend Micro and run their online virus scan. It should detect which virus your have (most likely a sasser varient) and clear things up. Next make sure that you get a good AV program with the latest definitions. KEEP THE DEFINITIONS UPDATED AT LEAST WEEKLY.
