Prince Lucianus
You miss it! The fact is the universe had a beginning. God has none.
It is the understanding of a beginning, that leads you to understand the existence of no end! Its you who can not grasp the facts!
It's nothing to do with chance!

That's what I mean.
It's faith with biblical scriptures as prove. I suppose you'll use Genesis to prove these hard facts of yours. What did this fellow do before he made us? Wasn't he bored stiffless that he had an infite time before simply doing nothing.
I'm still amazed that an omnipotent god who suddenly always was! is more believable than the world we live in today without this deity from nowhere.

"Thats what I mean".....We both have beliefs!
........................We both have religions!
Science fits creation, design with intelligent designer!
Evolution has never been observed, the above is always.
Again a bit of help:
There is no known natural law through which matter can give rise to information, neither is any physical process or material phenomenon known that can do this.
-Gitt, Werner. 1997. In the Begining Was Information.

.....We always was...........We existed in the mind of God, before being papered into matter and time..This is my belief.
A neverending story so to say, we are in the first chapter, will you make it into forever?

always was?
How do you know that he always was? How do you know he wasn't created?

Evolution has been observed.
In Robert Pennock's book (Tower of Bable) he describes two biologists who discovered that a population of birds with harder beaks were the only ones who survived because the seeds they ate got harder to crack. This was also written in Darwins book. It's science, not a religion.
I don't think it is needed on this site to show you all the evidence of others which show evolution has been observed.
The only evidence creationists have is trying to attack evolution, instead of showing creationist evidence. Actually, even AiG has a huge list of arguments which shouldn't be used to prove creationism.
On topic: I always find this PDF rather interesting to remain a little on topic:

Re: always was?
The Bible says God is Light. He (LIGHT) is energy, and energy can not be created or destroyed, but that it has been shared and sculptured by an infinite sauce - LIFE. In the full meaning of the word -LIFE in eternity. It can not die or end for it is a LIFE that controls time, for time is it's creation.......Hard to understand I know, this is my belief. God is the start point. Eternity in all directions....He has no edge growing or decreasing. An eternal start point.

Prince Lucianus
Evolution is only observed in your mind, not in science.....
Repeat to prove!!!!!!
Do you even know what science is?
Please post me a description of science.
And I dont care what AiG says.....!

I know what science is (especially concerning mediterrenean archaeology which has no baring here ). Do you know what a scientific method is? Is there such a thing as religious scientific method or is it impossible, because religion is just in your head?
Can you counter evolutionist arguments by scientific method or bring forward creationist evidence, instead of simply denying them?
I make a statement and bring forth some prove, now it's your turn.
Lucy

Off topic request
If you think that your knowledge of Mediterranean archaeology is likely to be relevant to the Red Sea, then I would very much like your input on the claimed finds discussed in the "The Exodus Revealed video" thread (sorry that it's such a long thread but we could really do with someone knowledgable in archaeology - particularly marine archaeology)

Sorry Nasa, there have been multiple instances of observed evolution. There have been numerous observed speciation events. Science has recorded numerous beneficial mutations. Science has observed numerous occasions of beneficial mutations being spread through a population. Science has also found concrete evidence of common ancestory between divergent species, such as pseudogenes and ERV insertions. What objective evidence do you have which supports creationism? It seems that you are projecting the weaknesses of the religious creationist movement onto a well supported and well practiced field of science.

Thank you LAM but I prefer that you would be just scientific . and thank you for your kindness.
Ok, then explain how you arrived at your conclusion.

Re: Off topic request
I've seen that thread, but the sheer volume of the thread is rather intimidating . Although I'm a mediterrenean archaeologist and have been to several underwater excavations, I doubt if I can help out without actually seeing the documentary.
I'll see if I can contribute something later.

A ship without a maker!!
This is a short story
some one who did not believe in god asked a muslim relegion man(let me call him so) to prove to him that this universe was made by a great creater. And gave an appointment for meeting, at next day's morning.
It is the time, now, but the muslim relegion man did not come yet!!the other man said:"A relegion man and he did not come on time??!!!!!".
He was right the relegion man(we as muslims call it "SHAIKH")was late for several hours !! at last he came.
The other man asked"where have you been untill now?".
the SHAIKH said:" Iam sorry .I was to come on time .but when I reached the river,I found that the bridge was damaged. I sat thinking how to cross. And while I am thinking the trees moved together and the needles ,the hummur started to work . Afew hours later a small ship was made. so I could cross the river .and Again I am sorry!!"
The other man did not believe him , and shouted:" You are not only late but also a lier. Do you think that I will believe your fool story??!!!!"
The SHAIKH said:"SO YOU DO NOT BELIEVE THAT A SMALL SHIP WAS MADE BY IT SELF ,AND YOU WANT ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE WHOLE HUGE GREAT UNIVERSE WAS MADE WITHOUT A GREATER CREATER????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
