Ok, whats your best evidence?

Why don't you start here:

http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/comdesc

At "29 evidences for Macroevolution." Keep in mind that the scope of the page is common descent.

Moreover this is a thread for DarkStar's quotes, not yours. I'm sure he'd appreciate it if you kept it that way. Your behavior here is quite disrespectful to him.

The theory of evolution does NOT deal with the origin of life.

No for it can not!

Ok, whats your best evidence?

Evidence for what?

(You just agreed with me on a point, so I don't know what you want evidence for...)

Evolution is a wide belief, matter coming alive and becoming more complex over time with chance events and mutations.

No? Because thats what the school text books teach!

The TOE says nothing about "matter coming alive". Any textbook claiming otherwise is incorrect and should be reported as such.

Or come on you know what I ment

I know what you meant, it was plain as day. You meant that I'm like Hitler.

Everyone is religious.

I'm not, though. "Religion" means "a system of belief about the supernatural." I have no beliefs about the supernatural.

Therefore, I'm not religious.

If someone believes that the theory of evolution states that "matter comes alive," they do not understand the theory of evolution. If someone is being taught that, it is incorrect.

Please give me specific examples of these school text books you mention - if they are stating that the theory of evolution describes the origin of life, I'll write a nasty letter to the publishers since they are spreading lies.

Evidence for what? Pink sasquatch.....lol....

No, really. Seriously, what were you asking for?

You agreed with a point I had made, and then asked for my best evidence.

What did you mean?

I do not believe I am religious, either, by the standard definition of the word. But then, we both realize he is just redefining words to suit his purpose. If everything is a religion, though, I rather enjoy being of the one that has supporting evidence.

Don't tell me you're redefining "supernatural" or "natural" now?

From www.webster.com (Merriam-Webster online dictionary):

quote:

1 : of or relating to an order of existence beyond the visible observable universe; especially : of or relating to God or a god, demigod, spirit, or devil

http://www.webster.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?book=Dictionary&va=supernatural

If you believe in God or a god, demigod, spirit, or devil, then you believe in something supernatural.

I do not believe I am religious, either, by the standard definition of the word.

Do you have beliefs about the supernatural? For instance, do you believe in God?

Welcome to Religion-town, population you.

Crash Frog you believe in evolution!

Well, I wouldn't say I believe in it - I don't have to. It's supported by evidence. It would be accurate whether I believed in it or not.

At any rate, evolution is the proposition that "natural processes can account for the history of life on Earth." There's nothing supernatural about that.

As I said, I have no belief about the supernatural.

Religion is to hold to a belief.

Religion is to hold to a belief.

No, Nasa.

Religion is a system of belief about the supernatural.

It's not just a belief. It's a belief about the supernatural.

You don't get to just redefine words as you see fit.

Nope, I don't think I believe in anything supernatural. I especially don't believe in God. I think you probably mistook me for Nasa . I'm agnostic, through and through, though you could always argue (especially if you're Nasa) that agnosticism is a religion.
