The quote looks to me like it is truly informative rather than judgement. Spreading the word is important, this quote is part of that. Understand for one to judge another is wrong, (the splinter in your brother's eye reference) but I disagree in you saying this is a thought of judgement.Of course this quote may seem harsh but and should be said a lot differently but informing your brother about the afterlife is necessary.

Hey Proph, don't be an impatient dude guy. Wait for my thread to be aproved by the designated admins. Usually AdminNed and AdminAsgara put topics through speedily. I don't want to be rude and bypass them when they do such a good job.Ps (I'd like to address the quote etc,..soon.Get wisdom, get understanding - get patience!!!!!!!I will wait untill they either ditch my other one, or ditch this one.
