Please read this regarding the Marriage Protection Amendment.

i heard the amendment says nothing about gay marriage but seeks to remove judicial review.do you know if this is true?

that's a scary thought. i like my judicial review.

i guess i'll reply before it's closed.what gets me the most is that we're willing to give up our freedom for security against the people we're always being told are attacking what again? our freedom.does that make sense to anyone?if they're attacking freedom, protect the freedoms we have: judicial review being the major thing protecting them. you don't win a war on terror by terrorizing the terrorists because the whole country is in a panic over it. they want to scare us: that's the definition of terrorism.if we want to win, rebuild the world trade center EXACTLY like it was only safer, and go on with the american way of life, ignoring them.
