Despite what the guy claims, it does help to know science when analyzing scientific theories.
What he says about chance reflecting a lack of knowledge might be applied to some aspects of Quantum Mechanics, such as Schrodinger's cat experiment (as long as you are willing to accept some bizzare things about space and time), it can certainly not be applied to the uncertainty principle. That simply reflects a misunderstanding of his own.
Further more, all his prattling on about how chance doesn't exist is really a moot point. Even if it doesn't exist, and the universe is deterministic, one can talk about the universe comming into being by chance because we don't know what came before the universe, or even if that is a meaningful statement.
