I was just referred to a web site (linked from Odd Todd's) that is aimed at indoctrinating kids in the christian faith. Here's the link: http://objective.jesussave.us/kidz.html
I was amazed at the lies and misinformation on this site. If you scroll down and look at "Atheist Goat" you learn:
If you find an Atheist in your neighborhood,
TELL A PARENT OR PASTOR RIGHT AWAY!
You may be moved to try and witness to
these poor lost souls yourself, however
AVOID TALKING TO THEM!
Atheists are often very grumpy and bitter and will lash out at children or they may even try to trick you into neglecting God's Word.
Very advanced witnessing techniques are needed for these grouches. Let the adults handle them.
My question is, is this an acceptable way to teach the Christian faith to the young or is it more like mental child abuse?

Actually, what you've found is an offshoot of Landover Baptist, a well known parody site.
I agree it is scary though. In the past we have actually had creationists link to it because they thought it was legit. (the "Speak in Tongues" thong for sale in their store should be enough to give it away )

Really?! Dohhh! (smacking forehead) Suckered in. It links to christian websites, which carry disclaimers about not being affiliated with the "distastful baby Jesus site". Pretty funny!
I guess we can close this thread then.

Was just poking around and found this about a Christian expedition to Africa to find living dinosaurs. If you've got the time it's a hilarious read:

Also, check out this item in the online store. I wonder if anyone ever actually bought one for the purpose of reciting Genesis 9:12-17. Haha.
