The Christmas Thread

I want snow for Chrstmas! I've never had a white Christmas. In fact, I can only remember once ever seeing Christmas decorations in snow when, about 7 years ago, we got a few inches about 2 weeks before Dec. 25.And now I hear that the Gulf Coast may be in for snow on CHRISTMAS EVE! THE MISSISSIPPI COAST! 150 MILES SOUTH OF ME! DAMMIT!What do they use for sleds down there, surfboards? Oh well, if it happens I hope zephyr gets to enjoy it. Imagine that. Coming home from the Iraqi desert. To snow on the Gulf Coast. At Christmas.

Well isn't that just great? Warm in western Canada, below freezing in the US Deep South and snowing on the Gulf Coast. Is this a Christmas to remember or what?

Most interesting item this year was from my mother to my dog: an attachment for my bike that allows him to ride with me. You should see us cruising about in our leather jackets and sunshades, we do turn heads!
