Looking back (briefly) at the beginning of this topic, I strikes me that it had a rather weak beginning, including the overly broad topic title. Perhaps it should have been a "Short Subject" of about 20-30 messages.
I think Jydee may have had a Binary Code / Genetic Code type "Proposed New Topic" earlier, that was rejected. Perhaps that rejection needs reconsidering. If Jydee wishes to pursue such, it would be nice if s/he posted a message, including a link to the "PNT", in the "Considerations..." topic, link below.
