Up until just now I'd only seen reports of 2 confirmed dead (at Aldgate) and a report of "one or two" dead at the bus explosion.

The Guardian quotes Sky as claiming a total of 41 dead based on "ambulance sources" - but that's unconfirmed

The Sky reports seem to be a little on the high side - but only bt a little. I expect around 40 dead by the end count. Hopefully fewer.
