What is the attraction for circular reasoning?
I think you will find that every single 'fulfilled' prophecy you listed, apart from many being taken out of context, is a victim of circular reasoning.
Using one part of a book to 'prove' another part of the same book is plain silly.
For example, 'Born in Bethlehem' Micah 5:2, tell me Tal, how do you know Jesus was born in Bethlehem?
Brian.

Re: What is the attraction for circular reasoning?
You don't look like Wolf.
This is a public forum, if you want a one on one with wolf then propose a great debate, until then all posts are open to replies from anyone.
Brian, using one part of the book to prove another is your view and seems silly to you. So be it.
Well, not just silly to me, but silly to any free thinking individual.
You do know that this approach means that all books are true?
I see it as a true story over hundreds of years of text from different authors that has a climax in the gospels in the form of the story of Jesus.
I suppose all Christians do, but this doesn't mean that a single word in it is true.
Also, an author sitting copying from an earlier book is hardly impressive!
If you don't believe Jesus existed, great.
I do believe he existed.
How do you know Jesus was born in Bethlehem?
Brian.

Little tantrum?
What does it matter if wolf or someone else questions you, surely your answers will be the same?

I bet the examples for 1-4 have never been seen before!
I hope to God that you have better academic sources than Josh MacDowell!

Re: TAL = DODGER
I think the thread is a waste of time, Tal will regurgitate boring old arguments, we will refute them, Tal doesnt have the intelligence to understand what is going on, so we are wasting our time.
He is only going to post bull from Macdowell and other equally dense apologists.
I will prophesise that Tal's arguments will be on par with that of a 12 year old.
Brian.

Re: Tal keeps evading the issue and the THREAD
I have ADHD, and I need a laugh, so hurry up.
Or, would you rather I posted the evidence for 1-4 for you?
Brian.

Gish Gallop?
Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I am preparing myself for a good old Gish Gallop!
