Opera is having a virtual 10th birthday party and are giving away registration codes for Opera 8 (it removes the ad-bar).
Go here - http://my.opera.com/community/party/reg.dml
Today only - 08/30/05.

Thanks for the heads-up, Charles. I'm giving Opera a try - but I'm still an IE fan.

People who think they have all the answers usually don't understand the questions.

A blistering 8kps.
But yes, I got mine. Opera is very clean. Currently using Safari and sometimes Firefox. How anyone uses IE is unfathomable. It's broken!

...broken on mac. Then again, I work with a mac every single day using safari and can't wait to get home to my PC. Anything that so willingly corrupts my user profile can crawl in a corner and die. : D

Broken on Windows.
IE itself is broken, it doesn't render things correctly and uses a W3C incompatible master style, not to mention the security flaws. For Mac, of course, IE hasn't come out with a new Mac version since IE5.
I have no love for IE. Supposedly they are fixing a lot of the stuff with the new version according to their site but we will have to wait and see.
Safari 2.0+ is superb.
